Garlic, rosemary and cheese bread

This easy to prepare ‘pull apart’ bread, will top off any campfire meal. Everybody is sure to come back for more. Bake your own bread or chop up a store-bought loaf for this tasty cheese concoction that’s made (literally) to share. Here’s a two-ingredient addition that transforms your garlic bread tenfold.

Ingredients

  • 1 Baked bread
  • 2 tbsp Margerine or butter
  • 2 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 3 sticks Rosemary
  • 12 cups Grated cheese
These will come in handy

Directions

  1. Chop rosemary and garlic and mix in with the butter or margerine.
  2. Make deep, diagonal cuts in the bread but do not cut all the way through.
  3. Repeat in the opposite direction to create a cross pattern.
  4. Spread the butter, garlic and rosemary into the cross cuts.
  5. Wrap the whole loaf in three layers of foil and place on medium coals for 15-20 minutes.
